Is it Recommended to Take Actenol 1 Hour After Lunch?04/21/2008 |
I forgot to take my weekly dose of actenol early this am. Can I take it now at 2pm 1hr after having lunch and my daily vitamins ?
It would be better to wait longer after a meal so that your stomach is empty. If it happens again, consider taking it one hour before the next meal.
