How long before relief

Question:

Just found out I have a compression fracture at T11, I was told to rest ,do not pick up anything heavier than a quart of milk. How long before I should feel some improvemrent. Thank you

Answer:

For most people, it takes approximately 8 weeks for the bone to heal, however, you may still experience pain even after the bone has healed.
