It appears that your myopic prescription is increasing in response to the prolonged near work that you job requires. I do not recommend that you stop studying. I do advise that you study only in well lit areas, and take frequent visual breaks during intensive near work. Further, as much as possible remove your spectacles while performing near tasks. Increasing lighting, taking breaks, and reading with out your spectacles will help to slow the progression of your myopia. I also would not advise LASIK surgery at this point. LASIK surgery should only be considered when your myopic prescription stabilizes. I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you.
