One small testicle
I am 19 years old and one of my testicles is quite a bit smaller than the other, its been that way since I can remeber and has probably always always been that way.
I was wondering if this is a bad thing or if it is normal, or at least somewhat common. If it is not normal I was wondering what the cause might be.
I was also wondering if this would affect my fertility?
Thank you for your time.
It is not very uncommon and may represent a decrease in blood flow to that testicle when you were much younger. As long as the testicle is descended into the scrotum completely you should not be overly concerned. Your fertility should not be affected especially with a "normal" testicle on the other side.
