Smoking/coughing and throat damage04/24/2008 11:16PM |
Hi, I used to smoke a lot of marijuana when I was younger. I don`t really smoke much anymore with the exception of occasions when with friends. About a month ago, I was smoking with friends and inhaled too much. I felt a coughing fit coming on , so I held it in. As a result, I feel like I damaged the inside of my larynx. It has been hurting ever since. It is mostly when I swallow and also when I sing. Could this be serious? Any ideas on what I might have done? Please advise.
A month is too long to have this irritation last. Please see your doctor. Also, your body is speaking to you. Please listen.
