Jaw pain

05/02/2008 09:55AM

Question:

I have had jaw pain for about two weeks already. Each day, it got worse and worse, to where now, I am literally talking through my teeth because a sharp pain on the right side of my jaw; close to my ear, right where the jaw connects to my skull. It hurts whenever I open my mouth to talk or eat. People ask me if I clench my teeth or if I hit something, but I don`t recall ANY of that. So, I don`t know what`s going on, and I don`t want to go to a dentist. What do you think is wrong?

Thanks.
