My son has been going through alcohol withdrawal for about 5 days (he`s been here before). He now suffers from pain in his kidneys, he said he`s never had it this severe before. Could this be associated to the withdrawal?
It is doubtful that your son is having kidney pain, but there are several muscles in the mid- and lower back area that could be causing his pain. Please see the link to the article on kidney pain.
