Crown fell and gum pain when pressed05/09/2008 |
I have a frontal crown, but after hitting a hard piece while eating, it got loose then fell off including the pin. Root canal is very close to gum line. Also gum hurts when pressed(close to nose). This started 10 days ago. Do I need just to have it cemented back? or gum surgery or implant. Thank you.
Clinical examination is needed to determine whether this is just a recement or any of the other options that you listed.
