Blood in urine

Question:

I have had all kinds of tests done and they cannot find out why I have small amounts of blood that can only be seen under a microscopic scope. I have pain after I urinate. It makes my whole bottom throb and my back hurts a lot with it. Can you tell me anything that might help this because I really feel bad?
