how can i get the swelling in my feet to go away they been swollen like baloons for 8 weeks now and nothing has worked to bring them down can u please help me with finding a solution
These symptoms are not related to a sports medicine problem, but there are many other possible causes for symptoms such as this. Heart, liver and kidney problems can cause significant swelling of the legs as well as incompetent valves in the legs that lead to chronic swelling. Before I could offer advice on treatment, you will need a physical exam and tests to determine the cause of this significant swelling. Follow up with a physician soon to determine the best course of treatment.
