Will the redness from my legs fade.05/22/2008 |
Will the redness fade or go away on my legs. It appears that I have swelling, redness and the dr. thinks it could be phlebitis now. At first it was thought to be venous stasis, but seems a little more serious now. I have had the redness (that I noticed) for 7 weeks now. The redness is from about 2 inches below each knee to my ankle only on the front of my leg. In the mornings it is light red/brownish but by afternoon they are bright red.
Hello. This is likely venous stasis. I would suggest you see a vascular surgeon and get the valves in your veins evaluated. There are many things which can be done to help you.
