Enlarged uterus05/29/2008 |
age 41 menstruated black now no periods 3 months lab results say no menopause at all going on ultrasound say enlarged uterus doc not makin a big deal out of it did have biopsy because pap smear unusual but biopsy neg so why no periods and enlarged uterus i never miss a period now none for 3 months
The normal age range of menopause is 41 - 55. The age of menopause is not affected by how big your uterus is. You could have fibroids, but the ultrasound should report those. It is reasonable to do other tests at your age to be sure there are no other reasons for your periods to have stopped.
