Mixing Medications and Possible Interactions

Question:

Please advise on taking: Amlodipine (Norvasc) 5 ml./ one tab, once daily Avapro Tab 300 ml./ one tab, once daily Enablex Tab 7.5 ml./ 1 tab by mouth daily Arimidex Tab 1 ml./ one tab, once daily Clarinex Tab 5 ml./ one tab, once daily Amitiza Caps 24 mcg./ one tab, twice daily. I`m asking on behalf of my mother who is 77 years old in good health. These medications are for breast cancer (mastectomy/left breast). What are some possible side effects from mixing these medications?

Answer:

The following medicines were checked for any interactions: 

No significant interactions have been reported.   Darifenacin and desloratadine may cause similar side effects of dry mouth, drowsiness and constipation.  The drugs may still be taken together.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about any side effects or other problems with the drugs.
