Pulmonary Hypertension |

I have a rare desease. I have pulmonary hypertension caused by my RA. In this case is that considered a form of vasculitis?
Pulmonary hypertension is rarely associated with rheumatoid arthritis. In particular, severe pulmonary hypertension is generally only seen in RA in association with pulmonary fibrosis (scarring of the lung tissue). Isolated cases of pulmonary hypertension have been attributed to vasculitis (inflammation of the blood vessels) in patients with RA however, some patients have demonstrated the type of vascular disease that is most commonly observed in pulmonary hypertension.
