Leg bruise



recovering from broken ankle,cast just removed,have a bad bruise on side of leg,very sore to the touch,whats the best treatment to ease pain in bruise area


Typically, an ice cup massage for a period of 7 to 10 minutes or the use of ice pack for 15 to 20 minutes over the affected area may help to provide some relief. Be sure to monitor the area during the ice application. Also, the use of gentle range of motion or movement exercise may provide relief.
