In addition to thinning of my labia, I am experiencing some splitting of the actual clitoris. I am 52 and pre-menopausal. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Obviously it has taken some time to reach this point and I have had no pain until recently. Intercourse had never been painful but now there is some pain. Needless to say, I got out my magnifying mirror and investigated. What a surprise! Can you help?
The situation you are describing requires an examination to make a diagnosis. Please see your gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment so it will not get worse.
