I have always sufferd with constipation but in the last few years after I have emtied my bowel, the next day I have a realy swollen and painful stomach, which is only eased if I lie down. Can you tell me why this is? Many thanks.
Not sure why you would feel this way. Perhaps a visit to your GI doctor or primary care doctor for a thorough exam is in order.
