Myasthenia Gravis

Sudden Leg Weakness

06/25/2008

Question:

Over the past few months I have experienced sudden leg weakness and loss of control. Both times when I stand up I have a feeling of weakness running down my legs and then not being able to control movement. I have to sit down or fall down. My legs feel jittery and weak for several hours or the rest of the day. I can walk but my legs don`t feel the same. I have had lower back surgery for a ruptured disc.
