I am 16 year old boy. When I remove my pant, my penis grows automatically. Because of this I cannot wear only a towel when I am going to bathroom. Does this happens to all kids? When I was swimming with my brother, I removed my clothes and only underwear was not removed. My penis grew. My small brother saw it becoming big and I felt so embarassed. My penis has grown 23 hours a day. What should I do?
This condition is somewhat natural, but excessive. You are at the post pubertal stage and have a surge of hormone known as Testosterone. Any stimulation may cause erection. Sometimes it can be due to excessive sensitivity and at times due to inflammation of the prostate gland. Contact a urologist for examination.
