Bicycle Riding During Seed and Radiation Treatement07/09/2008 |
I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and am currently undergoing hormone therapy as a prelude to radiation treatment and seeding. I ride a bicycle daily for about an hour each day. Is this an activity I can continue? Thanks!
Yes, you can continue to ride your bicycle while you are being treated with hormones. Your doctor may want you to limit your bike ridding immediately after your seeds are placed, but you should check with your doctor for his/her recommendations to be sure.
