Why am I bleeding for no reason?07/07/2008 02:18PM |
My 19 year old son has started bleeding from his skin for no reason--no injury, no irritation. A small spot will appear then bleed like crazy for hours. When he has an injury, there is no sign of a bleeding problem.
Are you sure there is no associated local trauma to the skin? Generally someone with a siginfiant bleeding problem will bleed after trauma.
