Can Singulair and Claritin be Taken Together?

Question:

I have asthma and take Singulair at night to control. I also occasionally get sinus infections. Can I take Singulair at night and Claritin during the day for sinus pain and pressure from sinusitis or infections?

Answer:

Singulair and Claritin may be taken together.  No drug interactions between these two drugs have been noted.
