I had a rooth canal 15 yrs ago, never put a crown on and now the tooth is broke on one of sides and the piece is hanging. Can it be glued togetherand be caped with platinum or any other type of paste to save my tooth.
As a general rule, teeth can not be glued back together once a piece of the tooth has broken. Usually that piece of the tooth must be removed. Once the broken section is removed, your dentist can determine how much tooth structure remains. If enough tooth structure is left, the tooth can be saved.Below are some similar previously answered questions:
