Vaginal burning08/04/2008 |
I`m 51 yrs old, not sexually active but is experiencing the most excruciating burning. No discharge or smell. I only wear cotton underpants, no scented soap. I still having my periods. all the doctors say is that it`s related to menopause. I have used creams and antibiotics. It`s becoming worse. Please help me.Thank you
Burning on the vulva usually requires an examination. While you are waiting for your appointment, discontinue all soap on the area. No fabric softeners on your underpants, no anti-cling products. Use water only to cleanse the area.
