Perirectal abscess



My 49 years bother is diagnosed with Perirectal abcess. He took a course of Augmentin BD and Flagyl but the problem is still there. According the doctor, surgery is the only solution. Please let me know the best and effective treatment of the disease. Thank you in advance for your advise.


Drainage of an abscess is the best way to treat it. It is very effective for the treatment of perirectal infection.
