right side hip feels like a sharp pain every time i stand up or try to walk and my lower leg like someones has a super grip around my ankle and toes feel (numb)
Although you've not indicated how your symptoms relate to sports, regardless, given the severity of your symptoms and the extent to which they interfere with even basic activities, the best starting point is a history and physical examination by your physician, who can then determine the possible need for such diagnostic studies as imaging and/or EMG (electromyography, to evaluate for the possibility of nerve irritation) if those results would influence decision-making regarding your treatment.
