My doctor recently prescribed me Prometrium 200mg/day, after I was diagnosed with PCOS. My doctor also prescribed me clomid, but I`m not suppose to start taking that until day 5 during or after my period comes. My question is: can you get pregnant within the first week of taking Prometrium if you haven`t got your period yet?
The prometrium does not help you to become pregnant. It simply causes your period to start. On the other hand, prometrium will not actually stop you from conceiving. So, while it is possible to get pregnant while taking prometrium, it is not likely.
