how long would it take to see an infection on an xray afer your tooth has been root canaled? Let`s say there was still an infection in the tooth after the root canal would an oral antibiotic take care of it ? Thanking u in advance!!!
If you are concerned about the success of your root canal, I would recommend that you see the person that performed your root canal (dentist or endodontist) approximately six months after treatment because radiographic changes would probably be evident at that time.
