Breast nodule08/25/2008 |
I recently had a routine mamogram per my request, as I underwent breast augmentation a yr ago. My mamogram showed a r/breast nodule 4mi, my doctor recomended a f/u ultrasoud to compare. Should I be concerned?? I feel great..I have felt a little something there, but I thought I my be scar tissue or the actual implant!!!
There are often changes in mammograms after augmentation surgery. So do not be overly concerned, but definitely follow up with the ultrasound and any other recommendations that follow.
