Elbow problems08/26/2008 |
I have pain and tenderness on the inside and outside of my elbow. Can someone have both golfers elbow and tennis elbow the same time?
The answer is "Yes."
Golfer's elbow ("medial epicondylitis") and tennis elbow ("lateral epicondylitis") both typically result from overload/overuse - for example, repetitive or sustained gripping activities, among other manual activities - and have pain and tenderness at the site of tendon attachment at the elbow.
Further information regarding each of these conditions may be found by performing a Search within the NetWellness website.
