MRI findings08/13/2008 06:18PM |
I just received my MRI results on my left knee and I don`t understand them. Can you please explain it to me.Findings: Myxoid degenerative signal identified within the posterior horn of the medial meniscus and lateral meniscus. Myxoid degenerative signal abuts the femoral articular surface involving the inner third of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus, compatible with degenerative fraying. Anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, medial and lateral colleteral ligaments, quadriceps and infrapatellar tendon are intact. No chondromalacia patellae.
