Does krill oil have a superior value

08/17/2008 10:01PM

Question:

I have recently read about krill oil and want to know if you think that is a good source for omega-3? Is it better than sardine derived oil? Thanks.

Answer:

Sardine and anchovie appear to be the best, but Krill will work except for those with serious problems. So, as a matter of course, check with your doctor.
