Question:

30 year old woman 59% funtioning lungs... and needing to quit smoking. What are my chances in having a healthy.funtionable life? If i quit smoking and exercise.

Answer:

By quitting smoking you could avoid further damage to your lungs;  with a program of exercise, eating healthy, and staying off cigarettes you could have a healthy and functional life.
