Trying For Our 3rd Baby09/05/2008 |
I stopped taking the pill about 6 months ago, now we`re trying for our 3rd baby but my periods are irregular. Is there any natural way to regulate them?
If you have irregular periods, you are probably not ovulating. There is no "natural" way to actually regulate your cycles. Therefore, you should see your doctor to discuss additional testing, including a semen analysis in your husband, as well as a dye test to make sure that your fallopian tubes are open. Treatment initially consists of fertility pills to allow you to ovulate. If you wish to be less aggressive, you can take natural progesterone for 10 days to see if this will regulate your periods.
