What causes cracking bones during workouts
what causes cracking bones during work outs and also sometimes regular everyday activities. It seems i talk to several people that have this same problem.
Bones do not crack. Rather it is the snapping of ligaments and tendons over joint prominences that cause the "crack" sensation. If this is not painful, it is usually a normal occurrence that does not cause additional problems.
