Question:

I am doing a science fair project and my topic is....if you sretch your leg 5min every other day will your stride get longer. I was wondering if you happen to know anything..

Answer:

That is a good research question. Stride length is related to many factors and flexibility is one of those things. After you have finished your research, try to figure out some other reasons your stride could get longer. Could strength have anything to do with it? How about attitude?
