Breathing Problems and Septocaine/Lidocaine

09/24/2008

Question:

Is it safe for someone, trached and ventilator dependent when asleep, to receive these drugs? My child has Central Congenital Hypoventilation Syndrome(CCHS), does not breathe at all when asleep and needs dental work.

Answer:

Thank you for visiting NetWellness. I am sorry but no drugs are listed so I am not sure I can answer this question. Please let us know what drugs you are speaking of.
