Antibiotics reduced number of good bacteria
I took antibiotics for several weeks and now I am losing weight, have no energy, and have diarrhea probably from good bacteria being destroyed by the antibiotics. How can I restore normal balance?
First, you should contact the doctor that prescribed the antibiotics. Then have your stool sent for testing. One thing you an do in the mean time is to eat yogurt to restore the bacterial flora.
