My symptoms include; burning pressure pain in low right side of back. Sometimes pain immediaely stops after bowel movement. Recently pain is more frequent. I go from constipation to diarea and anal leakage. I sometimes wake up in the morning to discover that I had a bowel movement during the night wile sleeping. What might this be?
Your symptoms are not specific. Best to visit your primary care doctor to go over your symptoms and have a thorough physical exam before embarking on a work-up for this set of complaints.
