Identifying Shoulder Pain11/12/2008 |
I am unable to lift my right arm up and down or to rotate freely as my left arm does it. It is very painful to lift my right arm up and down move to front or back or to rotate. While doing so my right shoulder at the joint is paining. What to do? Is there any exercise to rectify it?
You likely have a shoulder problem (rotator cuff tear). You may benefit from an evaluation by a shoulder specialist (orthopedics) and possibly an MRI of the right shoulder.
