Missing permanent teeth11/10/2008 |
My daughter is 9 years old and is undergoing orthodontic treatment. After taking x-rays they discovered that she is missing EIGHT permanent teeth. Now he has given me information that links missing teeth (six or more) with colon cancer. What do I do? I have all these fears running wild in my head.
Hi, I understand your concerns and fears. I suggest taking your daughter to her pediatrician to have her checked out and also to validate the information you were given. Better to be safe than sorry. Good luck to you and your family.
