A painful lump betweeen breasts12/17/2008 |
I have a painful lump between my breasts. I have had for about six months and in that time it has grown and become more painful. My Dr put me on anti-inflammatory medication and says it could be a calcium deposit, a cyst or cancer. I was wandering if you have any insight to what the lump may be and what I should do about it..
I cannot tell from your description what it might be. But, I recommend that you return to your doctor and ask for definitive testing to get an answer, or obtain a second opinion from another MD. If cancer remains a possibility, this has been treated with anti-inflammatory medication long enough.
