I have a DVT in my left leg from my ankle to my knee. I am on Cumidin for treatment. What limit to my activity is there in respect to exercise such as walking, biking, jogging or floor exercises including pilates ,yoga etc.?
There is no clear cut evidence that limitation of physical activity makes a difference in this. Normal activity should be fine.
