Ulcerative colitis flare-up12/17/2008 |
My 18yr old daughter was diagnosed with UC 2-1/2 yrs ago. She has been in remission but has been having stomach pains recently. When she is having a flare up like this how does she manage the pain she is having at that moment?Thank you.
She can try tylenol. If the pain persists, or she has fever, you should call the doctor who manages her UC for further evaluation.
