Can seizures cause brain damage? Im now on anti-depressants and anxiety meds.
There is evidence from animal studies that uncontrolled seizures can lead to brain injury and may lead to seizures that are more difficult to control. In addition, uncontrolled seizures can lead to severe injury or even death.
