Question:

Would targeted therapy (Cetuximab) be a consideration for an elderly person with stage IV nasophyarngeal cancer?

Answer:

Cetuximab may be included in the treatment plan in patients who are elderly or who have poor performance status, either alone or in combination with other agents.
