Red bumps on the tip of my tongue

Question:

I have red bumps on the tip of my tongue, and they hurt and are sore. what could i do to stop the pain. it hurts the most when i get up in the morning but sny time in the day if i scrape it with my teeth it is so painful.

Answer:

See your local dentist. Meanwhile, you can try a little Ambesol or other toothache medicine or sore throat spray on the tip of your tongue.
