How bad is it if I smoke just 2 Black and Milds per week? Obviously the effects can`t be easily determined, but I`m jut looking for a general answer that could help me decide if i should continue
There is no way to quantify your risk. Obviously Black and Milds are cigars rather than cigarettes and they deliver far more bad stuff: carinogens, carbon monoxide, nicotine, formaldehyde, etc., than regular cigarettes. But you are smoking fewer of them. I might liken it to jumping off a two- or three-story balcony versus jumping off a six-story balcony. It depends on how you hit. The question for you is ... do you really need this?
