Ultrasound of transvaginal01/26/2009 |
my uterus is slightly bulky, measuring about 4.66cm. in AP diameter. Endometrial thickness is 0.72cm. There is a hypoechoic mass measuring about 1.26 X 0.87 cm. in the posterior wall of uterus. There is a small cyst in the cervical part of uterus. Please tell me what will be my treatment, I have two kids and I am 50 year old.
Giving treatment plans based on ultrasound findings is beyond the scope of this website. A lot of it depends on your symptoms, bleeding patterns, etc. If your have normal cycles and no symptoms of pelvic pressure or heavy bleeding, there may be nothing necessary. You should discuss these findings with your physician.
