Irritations01/22/2009 |
I am in my late 50`s and notice that loud noises, like doors slamming, loud cars, etc., annoy or irritate me (mentally, not physically) when they didn`t used to. Is there a common reason for this?
It is possible you are less tolerant and less adaptable with aging or may have underlying stress, anxiety or depression causing this irritability. Alcohol and other substance abuse may also do that. Thanks for asking the question.
